#Meet Alphonse Elric. He saw his mother dying, his father leaving, his childhood friend’s parents leaving for war, the war victims, a girl he liked and a man he thought highly of dying, people he care about being harmed both physically and mentally, his childhood friend being threatened. He’s not even fifteen and had lived without sleeping for eating not be able able too feel any contact for years, doubting his own existence. And finally, finally, he could take his body back and be a boy again and hug all the people he wants and eat all those things that seemed delicious when he traveled. But he won’t. He won’t because he saw people fight for him, people fight to protect whom they love, people fight something bigger than everyone could imagine and he fought alongside them. And he will keep on standing because he has a lot to protect too, and he can’t let them face the danger alone so he put his dream aside. That’s Alphonse Elric. The man who doesn’t even bring a cat with in him because his travels would be too dangerous.
